Julie Hay sets out the key principles of developmental TA. At the same time she illustrates how to explain these concepts in a style that captures the fun and simplicity of early TA writings.

Please note that the book assumes reasonable familiarity with TA concepts. This is not the book for beginners! Julie gives full details of where concepts originated, as well as where some of the 'donkey bridge' variations have first appeared. However, she does not give detailed explanations of descriptions as this information is readily available from other sources – including some of Julie's other books.
